Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by training and coaching team members to deliver a great guest experience. Model behavior that motivates staff while ensuring a fun, friendly, clean, and safe environment. Assist in managing activities to achieve excellent performance, maintain awareness of food quality and safety, and handle basic administrative duties with shifting priorities. Requires high school diploma or GED, six months of restaurant industry experience, English reading/writing ability, and the capacity to lift 10-65 lbs. Flexible schedule availability is essential.
Required Qualifications
