Job Summary
Manage overall restaurant operations by recruiting, training, and evaluating employees while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Execute the Service Profit Chain to drive sales, profit, and brand promise, utilizing management tools to analyze financial performance and implement improvement plans. Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high food quality and safety standards, resolving complaints promptly, and modeling excellent service for the team. Monitor staffing levels, manage budgets, and protect the brand image through daily operational oversight and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years experience as a First Assistant Manager
- 100% certified in all workstations
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
- At least 18 years old
- Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and use personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other restaurants/business locations as required
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
