Job Summary
Manage overall restaurant operations by recruiting, training, and developing staff while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Execute the Service Profit Chain to drive sales, profit, and guest satisfaction through daily oversight of internal service, external guest experience, and financial performance analysis. Monitor staffing levels, analyze operational data, and implement action plans to improve business results and protect the brand. Maintain brand image, food safety standards, and a clean, safe environment while resolving guest concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years experience as a First Assistant Manager
- 100% certified in all workstations
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
- At least 18 years old
- Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and use personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other restaurants/business locations as required
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
