Job Summary
Manage overall operations of a Jack in the Box unit, ensuring compliance with policies while increasing sales and profitability through effective team training and guest service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years experience as a First Assistant Manager
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- Must speak, read, and write effectively in English
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- ServSafe certified
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
