Job Summary
Lead team members in executing daily operational activities to ensure excellent performance, food quality, and safety standards. Provide continuous coaching and training while modeling behavior that motivates others in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Manage shifting administrative priorities and maintain a fun, friendly, clean, and safe atmosphere for guests. Requires high school diploma or GED, six months of restaurant industry experience, and ability to lift 65 lbs. Flexible schedule including late night shifts.
Required Qualifications
