Job Summary
Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. Develop the team to provide excellent internal and external service while holding direct accountability for all operational results for each shift. Report to the Restaurant Manager or District Manager. Complete Restaurant Manager training and obtain Food Safety certification within the first 60 days of employment. Minimum age is 18 years old with a high school diploma required; one year of managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility is necessary. Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of the shift, lift 10-65 lbs, operate equipment, and drive a motor vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age - Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
- Restaurant Manager training
- Food Safety certification
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle
