Job Summary
Manage restaurant operations to ensure effective execution of service, build sales and profit, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and evaluating employees while providing excellent guest service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience as a Shift Leader or 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager in a customer service environment
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility
- Must complete Assistant Manager training classes
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Valid driver's license and insurance
