Job Summary
Design automation equipment in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or software application areas by reviewing project requirements, specifications, and plans to ensure designs meet stipulated specifications within budget and timeline. Generate design drawings, installation manuals, and user manuals while acting as a liaison with internal and external assemblers or manufacturers to ensure parts are manufactured to design. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet project timelines, interpret requirements accurately for equipment integration, and ensure design for manufacturability. Log engineering times into tracking systems and support the Lead Engineer in automation equipment design. Perform visual system architecture design, select hardware and software tools, conduct visual algorithm research, and optimize existing systems for stability and speed. Write technical documents including design documentation and test reports to ensure project traceability.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of visual development engineer experience
- Familiarity with C# development process
- Team management experience
- Machine vision and image processing experience
- Proficiency in C# + VisionPro, Halcon, OpenCV image processing software
- Software integration project experience
- Industrial camera, motion control card, and robotic arm hardware usage experience
- Ability to accompany business trips
- Strong stress tolerance
- Rigorous and detailed work style
- Good team spirit and communication skills
- Proficient written English
- Fluent spoken English

- 3C Apple non-standard industry visual experience
