Be responsible for debugging and commissioning non-standard automated equipment, including mechanical and electrical integration; perform equipment assembly/commissioning, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, and verify system performance. Assist in developing requirement specifications, CAD/CAE layouts, BOMs, and budgets; participate in product development meetings; provide customer product design engineering support for production; assess material, tooling, automation, and equipment selection; support problem solving, upgrades, retrofits, and process parameter development; contribute to SOPs, operations manuals, and maintenance documentation; apply basic Lean Six Sigma concepts in projects; ensure compliance with local/national regulatory codes; collaborate across teams and with customers. Be aware of safety and quality programs and may conduct proof-of-concept experiments and testing as needed.
