Job Summary
Develop chip automation test programs and build full-wafer CP test flows using Changhua D9000 and HuaFeng STS series ATE equipment. Conduct on-site debugging of test machines, probe stations, and sorters to support new product trials and mass production ramp-up. Optimize test processes to improve yield and machine utilization while troubleshooting production line anomalies. Implement test solutions for SiC, IGBT, analog SoC, and memory chips, then output SOPs and technical documentation for client training.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experiences in automation equipment design and installation
- Expert knowledge in the mechanical/electronics/electrical/software application engineering
- Expert knowledge in the EMS industries
- Expert knowledge in automation design and installation
- Familiarity with semiconductor CP test processes
- Understanding of ATE test principles
- Ability to independently write automation test scripts
- Ability to read chip datasheets
- Familiarity with power and analog chip test specifications
- Customer site debugging and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to accept short-term travel for on-site work
