In this role, you will inspect components for visual, dimensional, and functional conformity according to established procedures and specifications. Responsibilities include identifying and documenting non-conforming materials, using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify component compliance, conducting First Article Inspections, maintaining precise records and quality reports, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, adhering to occupational safety requirements and the company’s quality-management standards, and collaborating with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, basic computer proficiency (MS Office), and the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications are valued; knowledge of SAP is a plus, and foreign languages are advantageous.
