Job Summary
Jamul Casino is seeking a full-time culinary professional responsible for preparing and cooking food to Jamul Casino Culinary standards. Follow recipes, measure and convert ingredients, maintain quality and presentation, and ensure proper food safety and sanitation. Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure coordinated workflow, inventory management, and timely service. Responsibilities include batch and individual plating, knife skills, safe operation of kitchen equipment, adherence to FIFO, proper labeling and dating of products, and participation in department and company training. Must maintain cleanliness, comply with all policies, and demonstrate strong teamwork and customer-focused service. On-site role requiring ability to work in hot/cold kitchen environments and to meet uniform and grooming requirements; may require a gaming license and a valid Food Handlers Card.
