Job Summary
Servers are the key to delivering great guest service. Greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, maintaining a clean service station, inputting orders into POS, delivering checks, and ensuring guest satisfaction while complying with liquor policies. Must be able to operate a POS system, stand for extended periods, and communicate in English. 18+ with High School diploma or equivalent preferred; TABC permit required; hospitality role in a fast-paced team environment; seasonal employment in Gatlinburg, TN.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate computerized POS system, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions
- Team Player, ability to work within a fast-paced, team environment
- Valid TABC Server Permit
- Prefer a minimum of one year of serving experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
