Job Summary
Analytics Reporting Senior Product Associate leads ongoing integration and adoption of Aladdin Wealth and Vanilla, serving as SME on these applications, coordinating with Aladdin relationship managers and tech teams, driving product roadmap and OKRs, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration (legal, risk, compliance, controls). Responsibilities include defining feature requirements, quarterly planning, creating updates for governance forums, managing Jira/Align workflows, coordinating with delivery and partner teams, and training/inquiry resolution. Requires 5+ years in financial services, experience with Aladdin or portfolio risk analysis or Vanilla, and strong communication. Bachelor's degree; FINRA SIE and Series 99 within 120 days; eligible to work in the United States. Locations: Jersey City, NJ, United States.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with 1+ in product management
- Experience with Jira, Align, agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
- Experience in portfolio reporting and investment performance methodologies
- Proven track record of new product feature creation and delivery
- Experience working with senior management and front office financial advisors
- Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
- FINRA SIE and Series 99 required within 120 days of hire
