Job Summary
Vice President on the Capital Markets / Solutions team focused on driving adoption and thoughtful use of OTC derivatives and option overlays across our platforms. Translate sophisticated derivatives capabilities into scalable, compliant, and repeatable solutions. Act as a trusted partner to financial advisors, translating complex derivatives concepts into clear, actionable guidance; provide education, thought leadership, and consultative support to increase advisor confidence and adoption. Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive scalable adoption of OTC derivatives and options solutions. Partner with platform, product, and investment teams to embed derivatives expertise into existing and new managed solutions; work with risk, legal, compliance, trading, and operations to ensure strategies are executed within firm and regulatory frameworks. Provide feedback into product development, platform enhancements, and governance related to derivatives usage; support senior leadership with insights on trends, usage metrics, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SIE license (mandatory to obtain)
- Series 7 license (mandatory to obtain)
- Series 66 license (mandatory to obtain within 120 days)
- 7+ years of experience in derivatives, options, structured products, or capital markets–related roles
- Strong technical background in options pricing, payoff analysis, risk management, and portfolio construction
- Experience working directly with advisors, portfolio managers, or client-facing teams in a consultative capacity
