Job Summary
Vice President, Sales Strategy Support leads the execution of national growth initiatives for Chase/J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, translating priorities into advisor-facing content, campaigns, and tools that empower advisors and drive client engagement. The role guides the development of structured programs, field-ready execution plans, and impactful presentations for national calls and leadership forums, while coordinating with cross-functional teams (Product, Investment Research, Marketing, Analytics, Field Leadership) to align content with strategic goals. Responsibilities include shaping advisor-facing content and tools, refining messaging based on advisor feedback, coordinating speaker prep and logistics for leadership engagements, and synthesizing complex information into practical guidance for advisors and field leaders. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in financial services, strategy, or related fields; ability to produce executive-ready materials; and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel. Authorized to work in the United States with no immigration sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
