Job Summary
Lending Solutions Sales Strategy & Execution Lead role focuses on designing and scaling playbooks, content, and operating rhythms to enable the lending team and field to achieve growth. Responsibilities include building a centralized hub for lending resources, aligning GTM timing and messaging, driving adoption of field content, delivering training and toolkits, tracking performance with dashboards, and partnering with leadership to resolve issues and advance the lending business. Key outputs include standardized sales processes, proactive field enablement, data-driven decision making, and scalable communications and resources to support Advisors, Financial Advisors, and Market Leaders in delivering compelling client conversations around lending products. The role requires leadership, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication skills, data analysis, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a high-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of financial services experience, specifically sales, marketing
- Valid and active Securities Industry Essential Series 7 & Series 66 licenses (63/65), or successfully obtain within 120 days from start date as a condition of employment
- Experience with lending in a wealth management division across mortgage, margin, and or securities based lending
- Strong partnership and people skills; collaborate with people across all levels of the organization (analyst to MD)
- Exceptional analytical, written, and presentation skills; must be articulate and able to speak comfortably to large groups
- Organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability and ability to work under pressure
