Job Summary
Lead implementation of new business development strategies and products for Financial Advisors and Field Leaders; manage cross-functional projects, deliver training and adoption of new technology and practice management; monitor progress, identify risks, collect feedback for improvement; foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful implementation; travel ~50% and maintain required licenses (Series 7, SIE, Series 66, Life/Health) as conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business development, project management, sales management or implementation roles within financial services
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in coaching Advisors or a sales team
- Travel required 50% of the time
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within a 60-day condition of employment
- If you were registered after October 1, 2018, you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
