Job Summary
Lead implementation of new business development strategies and rollout of products and services for Financial Advisors and Field Leaders, coordinating cross-functional execution, training and adoption of new technology and practice management. Manage timelines and field-delivery, monitor progress and risks, collect feedback from field teams and clients for continuous improvement, and foster relationships with internal and external partners to enable successful implementation. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, 7+ years of experience in relevant roles, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and travel ~50%. Licensing requirements include Series 7 (or obtained within 60 days), SIE if applicable, Series 66, and Life & Health Insurance licenses within 60 days. Travel-intensive, collaboration across business development, product, and operations, and coaching Advisors or sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business development, project management, sales management or implementation roles within financial services
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in coaching Advisors or a sales team
- Travel required 50% of the time
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within a 60-day condition of employment
- If you were registered after October 1, 2018, you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
