Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in US Wealth Management contributing to the product development lifecycle for the Wealth Plan digital tool. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities through user research and market analysis, writes requirements, epics, and user stories, analyzes product metrics (time, cost, quality), and supports the roadmap with insights from data analytics and ML/AI-based features. Supports journey mapping and client-facing experiences within the Wealth Management product portfolio, helping translate customer needs into innovative product features and value across Chase Mobile app and chase.com.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
