Job Summary
Strategic Insights & Enablement Senior Associate responsible for rapidly understanding business objectives, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and delivering actionable recommendations to shape Wealth Management client experience strategy. You will develop and refine CX methodologies, dashboards, and listening posts; present findings to senior leaders; manage multiple projects independently; and foster a data-driven culture with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Key activities include conducting qualitative/quantitative research, generating insights to inform business priorities, and collaborating with research, product, and design teams to drive actionable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with business-oriented research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and applied insights
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, adaptable, and curious—always seeking to understand the “why” behind the data and drive continuous improvement
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
