Job Summary
Senior Associate on the Field Performance, Pricing, and Incentives Team who will design and execute client and advisor pricing strategies, build tools and analytics to drive decision-making, and partner with Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and HR to deliver end-to-end pricing programs. Responsibilities include developing presentations and executive materials, educating advisors on strategic pricing changes, defining operating models, building reporting and coaching structures, and guiding product/tech experiences for pricing concessions. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and driving advisor performance and client satisfaction through pricing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years in financial services industry
- background in Finance or Management Consulting
- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- ability to synthesize information and analyze problems
- experience in pricing or financial analytics (pricing experience preferred)
