Job Summary
Select Growth Advisor in Chase Wealth Management supporting a Private Client Advisor to deliver tailored financial planning and investment solutions for individuals and families. Focus on relationship management, client engagement, and collaboration with senior advisors to grow the practice, stay current on products and services through rollouts and research meetings, and provide holistic financial coaching beyond investments. Responsibilities include delivering personalized investment solutions, managing a thriving book of business, communicating proactively through markets, developing marketing materials and client events, embracing digital tools to enhance client experience, and supporting teammates and cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of financial services experience
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
- A valid and active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to goals-based planning and advice
- Understanding of investment products and services
- Understanding of market performance and market trends
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
