Job Summary
Private Client Investment Associate in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management responsible for delivering exceptional client service, processing operational requests (account openings, money movement, and investment trades), and supporting Private Client Advisors. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, assisting with ongoing wealth planning, managing referral sources and new lead generation, conducting account reviews and preparing performance reports, actively engaging in risk management (including Know Your Customer procedures and inquiries), ensuring compliance through completion of required forms and documentation, prioritizing daily tasks, tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and fostering a positive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within a 60 day condition of employment
- If you were registered after October 1, 2018 you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
