Job Summary
Private Client Investment Associate in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management provides client service, operational and administrative support to Private Client Advisors. Responsibilities include facilitating account openings, money movement, and investment trades; building and maintaining client relationships; supporting wealth planning and referral-source management, generating new leads, preparing performance reports, managing risk and regulatory compliance (KYC, account reviews, OFAC/AML considerations), maintaining operational procedures, tracking daily tasks, meeting deadlines, and fostering team culture. Requires active Series 7 (or within 60 days), SIE, Series 66 and Life/Health licenses within 60 days; Mandarin-speaking with expertise in investment and insurance products; strong emphasis on client service, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within a 60 day condition of employment
- valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
