Job Summary
Provide client service and administrative support to Private Client Advisors within Wealth Management. Facilitate and process operational requests (account openings, money movement, investment trades), build and maintain client relationships through processing requests and resolving issues, assist in ongoing wealth planning and referral management, prepare performance reports, engage in risk management and Know Your Customer procedures, support compliance with operational forms and documentation, prioritize daily work, and contribute to team culture from the Fort Lauderdale office.
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
- SIE exam valid if registered after Oct 1, 2018
- Series 66 (63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role
