Job Summary
Market Director of Wealth in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management responsible for leading a team of Financial Advisors, recruiting and developing talent, driving collaboration across branches and partners to deliver integrated investment solutions, and leveraging technology to meet client needs. The role requires strategic leadership to attract and coach Advisors, partnering with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to provide comprehensive client solutions, a focus on customer experience, a culture of diversity and inclusion, and strong risk and controls oversight. Travel up to 50% and a background in investment products with FINRA licenses is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Advisor management experience
- Travel 50% of the time
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) required
- FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required and must be obtained or retained within 60 days of employment
- proven ability to recruit, source and attract internal and external Advisor talent
- High degree of investment services and product acumen
- Strong communication, attention to detail, follow-through and risk and controls
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
