Job Summary
Market Director of Wealth Management in the JP Morgan Wealth Management team leads a team of Financial Advisors, driving a customer-obsessed culture, coaching and developing high-performing Advisor talent, and partnering across Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to deliver comprehensive investment solutions. The role requires strategic leadership to attract and recruit Advisors, ensure performance strategies, coach and develop talent, and use technology to meet client needs while maintaining a strong risk and controls environment. Travel up to 50% is expected; FINRA licenses (Series 7, 66, and Series 9/10) are required or obtained within 60 days, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. The position emphasizes building deep client relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving collaboration across departments to meet diverse financial needs in designated Ohio markets (Akron/Dover/Ashland/Wooster/Canton/Mansfield).
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Advisor management experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent)
- FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to recruit, source and attract internal and external Advisor talent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
