Executive Director, Head of Investment Product Specialists leads a team of Investment Product Specialists dedicated to educating and delivering insights to branch-based advisors across the continental U.S. Responsibilities include presenting investment themes, platforms, products, and strategies; serving as the primary field liaison with third-party asset managers; designing and launching the IPS training program with curriculum and ongoing competency assessments; driving investment-focused content for nationally scaled advisor workshops; moderating technical discussions and translating takeaways into practical frameworks for advisor workflows and client conversations; acting as the field leadership voice to central teams and driving adoption of initiatives; coordinating cross-disciplinary collaboration to align views, content, and execution; and managing a territory of 2–3 regions with remote and in-person engagement. Required qualifications include deep knowledge of advisory, annuities, insurance, and brokerage product offerings; independence, initiative, and responsiveness to field leadership; Series 7 and Series 66 licenses plus Insurance Licensing; 10+ years of sales leadership experience; strong presentation and communication skills; proficient territory management, expense control, and meeting deadlines; and willingness to travel overnight at least monthly.
