Job Summary
Associate Program Manager at JPMA to triage inbound advisor inquiries, route to cross-LOB partners, track outcomes with executive-ready metrics, and curate reference materials and training to promote awareness of cross-firm resources. Responsibilities include establishing closed-loop feedback, facilitating introductions between JPMA advisors and cross-LOB partners, maintaining knowledge of partner structures and solutions, building activity trackers and monthly leadership dashboards, coordinating premier client events, collaborating on strategy and analysis projects with Finance/Data teams, developing internal guides and playbooks, and driving process improvements to enhance advisor and client experience. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in financial services, banking, or wealth management; strong relationship-building, project management, Excel and PowerPoint, and both written and verbal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups to execute initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication skills
