Job Summary
Associate Product Manager in JPM Wealth Management Core Capabilities Product team responsible for identifying, gathering and analyzing information used in defining the vision and strategy and facilitating execution of the next generation of digital solutions across the Wealth Management business lines. Partner with other product teams, designers, and technology teams to deliver an intuitive, controlled, and seamless experience for all JPM WM clients and advisors. Responsibilities include coordinating requirements with business/tech partners, eliciting stakeholder needs, guiding agile prioritization, documenting use cases and current/target states, leading end-to-end QA testing across channels, coordinating releases, developing knowledge of the platform, contributing to multi-year roadmaps and OKRs, and leveraging data-driven experimentation to ensure key results are on track. Must be authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of product management or business analysis experience with a strong analytical background; project management experience a plus
- Experience in Payments, cash/asset transfer, or related field
- Experience working closely with user experience designers and software engineers
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or any web analytics tool is a plus
- Work in environment with a high level of ambiguity and ability adapt accordingly
- Execution focused and able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
- Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization when needed
- Strong verbal communication and presentations skills - the ability to write clearly with a high level of sophistication and detail
