Job Summary
Senior Agile coach within JPMorgan Wealth Management, focused on enabling agile delivery across product and technology teams. Acts as a coach to champion planning, continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and an environment that fosters autonomy, mastery, and purpose. Responsibilities include aligning teams with the product vision and sprint activities, facilitating task prioritization and resource management, coaching product owners on backlog creation and maintenance, interpreting policies to address challenges in the product lifecycle, communicating impediments to leadership, and creating a collaborative environment for open dialogue and effective resolution of conflicts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and product management
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization
- Ability to guide group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
- Experience enabling agile delivery by facilitating prioritization of tasks and managing resources to address complex situations
- Experience coaching product owners in creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including empirical planning
