Job Summary
Provide dedicated business support to Financial Advisors and clients; own client onboarding and account maintenance, collecting account documents and financials, and delivering investment quotes while ensuring regulatory and firm policy compliance. Interface with clients and Financial Advisors to discuss investment offerings, execute equity trades, mutual fund orders, and fixed income trades, plus private investments. Support a diverse suite of tools and applications including Advisor Services, Wealth Planning & Advice, and digital offerings. Perform daily operational duties, coordinate with Compliance and branch teams, and participate in local and national meetings. Demonstrate strong client service, relationship-building, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced wealth-management environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Series 7 & 66 licenses upon hire or must successfully obtain within 180 days from start date
- Proven ability to be a self-starter, act as an end-to-end owner of tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively identify and deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of our clients
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism in difficult situations
