Job Summary
Manage the sales and administrative support staff for the branch and satellite locations, overseeing recruitment, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions in accordance with firm policy. Partner with the Regional Director to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate process improvements across functional groups, and resolve supervisory issues. Supervise human resources functions including benefits, attendance, and vacation scheduling while educating employees on administrative policies and best practices. This role dually reports to the Head of the Client Service Group and the local Regional Director within the ultra-high net worth division of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses upon hire or must successfully obtain within 180 days from start date
- Degree in Business, Finance, or other related business discipline
- Minimum of 3 years financial services management experience
- Experience in the training field or branch administrator in financial services
- Understanding of wealth management business, sales force, and investment products
- Knowledge and understanding of KYC and Regulatory requirements
- Project management, problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience with facilitating training sessions (both classroom and virtual)
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel
