Job Summary
Client Service Group Manager (Vice President) at J.P. Morgan Advisors leads and develops the branch’s sales support and administrative teams, drives training and process-improvement initiatives, conducts performance reviews and staffing decisions, and collaborates with regional and NY management to support wealth-management objectives. This role requires FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7, 66, 9 & 10) or the ability to obtain within 180 days, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least 3 years in financial-services management with strong training, HR, and regulatory knowledge. The position emphasizes leadership, program development, and cross-functional coordination to enhance branch operations and client service. Locations: Philadelphia, PA. Remote work not indicated; typical on-site organizational leadership duties.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses upon hire or must successfully obtain within 180 days from start date
- Degree in Business, Finance, or other related business discipline
- Minimum of 3 years financial services management experience
- Experience in the training field or branch administrator in financial services
- Understanding of wealth management business, sales force, and investment products
- Knowledge and understanding of KYC and Regulatory requirements
- Project management, problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience with facilitating training sessions (both classroom and virtual)
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel
