Job Summary
Cook at a Disney World restaurant kitchen, preparing food, chopping ingredients, making sauces, and plating dishes under chef supervision. Assist in station cleaning and strictly adhere to food safety standards. Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to efficiently deliver high-quality meals. Work full-time for 32 to 50 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays, with a 12-month internship commitment. This role supports career advancement and English skill development within Disney's diverse dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year university degree (Bachelor's or higher)
- More than 1 year of experience in the food service industry outside of the United States
- More than 5 years of experience in the food service industry outside of the United States (for candidates without a four-year university degree)
- Ability to understand questions asked in an English interview
- Ability to answer questions in English using full sentences rather than just words (approximately TOEIC 600 points level)

- Confidence in business English conversation (even if not confident, as long as there is no resistance to speaking)
