Job Summary
Prepare and cook foods according to recipes and customer needs while managing the preparation and cooking of dishes in a fast-paced atmosphere. Monitor food quality and maintain food safety and cleanliness regulations by conforming to standard kitchen safety protocols and meeting all operating procedures established by management. Answer customer questions about menu items and execute high-quality food preparation for a variety of Asian cuisines including sushi, ramen, hibachi, tempura, and Korean BBQ. Two years of experience is preferred, though training is provided for the right candidate with a positive mindset.

- Passion for food
- A team player with a hospitality first mentality and a keen willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Two years experience preferred, but we will train the right restaurant candidate who shows a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
