Job Summary
Greets seated customers, ensures tables are clean with necessary utensils and napkins, and presents menus while answering questions about items, beverages, and services. Takes and delivers food and beverage orders to the kitchen, serves guests with prepared meals and condiments, and clears tables upon completion. Returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen, prepares checks, collects payments, and assists with dining area cleaning and silverware preparation. Coordinates with fellow employees to meet guest needs and support restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications
