Job Summary
Internship role as a Partner Support Specialist focusing on SAP's CCflex/Cloud Choice Flex program. You will triage and route inquiries, guide partners to tools/resources, provide clear communications on next steps and timelines, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and surface insights to improve processes and the partner experience. Responsibilities include intake and tracking of inquiries, validating prerequisites and documentation, maintaining operational reporting (case volumes, cycle times, SLA adherence), and contributing to knowledge-base improvements. Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, ability to work independently, and comfort working in a multicultural, multinational environment are required; proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is a plus. Fluency in English with additional European language a benefit; global stakeholder support with potential flexible hours. This internship is aligned with SAP’s Partner Services Hub and the CCflex change-of-partner topic, with a hybrid work model and travel up to 0-10%.
