Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager will drive growth in the mobile water treatment market by developing and closing short-term Bridge and long-term Build-Own-Operate (BOO) opportunities across industrial sectors. Responsibilities include leading commercial sales activities, maintaining a strong pipeline, engaging directly with customers, coordinating with teams to ensure competitive offerings, and leading contract negotiations. Candidates must have at least 8 years of relevant experience, a proven sales track record, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years or more of experience in water treatment, industrial services, or related field
- Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales in industrial markets
- Experience with mobile/modular water systems, rentals, or BOO models
- Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel as required (30–50%)
