Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for driving growth in the mobile water treatment market across North America, focusing on developing and closing both short-term ‘Bridge’ and long-term Build-Own-Operate (BOO) opportunities. Role involves leading commercial sales activities, building and maintaining a strong pipeline, engaging with customers to understand needs, and partnering with regional sales managers. Requires results-driven attitude, strong ownership mindset, effective communication and customer engagement skills, and practical problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years plus of experience in water treatment, industrial services, or related field
- Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales in industrial markets
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel as required (30–50%)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with mobile/modular water systems, rentals, or BOO models
- Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
- Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Practical problem solver with sound judgment
