Job Summary
Seeking a Sales Manager in Mobile Water Solutions to drive growth in the mobile water treatment market across North America. The role involves leading commercial sales activities for Bridge and Build-Own-Operate projects, building and maintaining a strong pipeline across key markets such as industrial, energy, and municipal sectors. The successful candidate will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and partner with regional sales managers to close mobile water opportunities. Responsibilities also include contract negotiations and market trend tracking. Required Qualifications
- 5 years plus of experience in water treatment, industrial services, or related field
- Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales in industrial markets
- Experience with mobile/modular water systems, rentals, or BOO models
- Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel as required (30–50%)
