IWPB Portfolio Services Manager — NFR Lead - - (BFSI)[Shephali]

Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks (NFR) impact assessment and management to support change delivery across the IWPB Portfolio. Develop an IWPB-specific approach and guidance for Data Control Impact Assessment and management, working in collaboration with the Group Data Office and IWPB Data Control teams. Drive active risk management practice across the IWPB portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout the delivery lifecycle. Work with IWPB Portfolio Assurance to determine the continuous monitoring approach for NFR, including Data Control, across Tier-1 portfolios, and evaluate monitoring results for future improvement. Expand engagement with the IWPB Business Risk & Resilience team to support the Operational Resilience agenda. Immediate joiners strongly preferred; notice period up to 30 days maximum required. Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI experience mandatory; Non-Financial Risk (NFR) experience is mandatory.
