Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations for a small to medium location, managing front-end, back-end, and sales floor activities to meet performance goals. Plan shifts and rotas, handle staffing issues, and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction. Lead a team of demo specialists, guide product demonstrations, and process customer orders while identifying opportunities for additional sales. Act as the first point of contact for queries, implement contact plans for product launches, and conduct training and coaching to develop team capabilities. Maintain professional accreditation and contribute to performance management and appraisals.
Required Qualifications
- Short-Cycle Tertiary Education
- Experience in handling various situations and advising others
- Managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes
