Job Summary
Plan and assign daily work activities for Ironworkers and Operating Engineers during the fall nuclear outage in Stevensville, MI. Enforce safety, quality, and procedural compliance while conducting pre-job briefs and field oversight of rigging and logistics. Coach employees and address performance issues, then document work progress and any emerging problems. This temporary hourly role offers per diem and travel eligibility for a supplemental supervisor supporting site leadership.
