Job Summary
Full-time IVR Engineer position in Manila, Philippines requiring 2+ years of experience in IVR design and programming. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and skills in API integration and various programming languages.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in IVR and/or cloud omnichannel contact center design
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering
- 2+ years experience in designing, building, implementing, deploying and supporting complex IVR call flows with API integration
- 2+ years experience in programming using VXML/CCXML, JavaScript, Python and/or PHP
- Familiarity with SIP and other VoIP technologies and protocols
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile, team-oriented and organized
