IVF RN/LPN Coordinator

Job Summary
Licensed RN or LPN coordinating IVF workflows and patient experience across IVF, FET, egg freezing, oncofertility, and PGT cycles. Serve as central point of contact, educating and counseling patients on cycle plans, medication administration, and timelines; prepare and distribute physician-specific protocols and cycle calendars; manage EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance; coordinate billing clearances and pre-authorizations; collaborate with physicians, embryology, and outside labs; provide coverage for coordinator absences as needed. Full-time role across two locations (Metairie and Mandeville, LA) with a schedule that includes weekday hours and one Saturday per month; requires active RN or LPN licensure and strong organizational, communication, and patient-facing skills. Preferred background in REI/IVF coordination or Women’s Health/OB-GYN.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN licensure (required)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent cycles and deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; empathetic patient-facing approach
- Preferred: experience in REI/IVF coordination or Women’s Health/OB-GYN
