Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow; coordinate multidisciplinary IVF teams and department communication; ensure high standards of patient care and service quality; manage scheduling, procedures, and clinic workflows; support international patient coordination and patient journey management; ensure compliance with clinic protocols; contribute to continuous improvement and growth of the clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a managerial or operational role within an IVF Clinic or Fertility Center is essential
- Strong understanding of IVF clinic operations and fertility patient management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and highly specialized medical environment
- Professional, discreet, and patient-centered approach
- Very good command of the English language
- Greek language will be considered an advantage
