Job Summary
Coordinate and manage fertility and IVF treatment cycles while educating patients on medications, procedures, and treatment plans. Perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and communicate test results and treatment updates. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care, maintaining accurate documentation and EMR records throughout the process. Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients during their fertility journey. Requires an active Florida RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and experience with IVF protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or eligible for licensure)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- IVF, fertility, reproductive endocrinology, or OB/GYN experience preferred
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Experience with IVF cycle coordination and fertility protocols is a plus
