Job Summary
Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers while performing cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet their requirements. Establish and maintain positive business relationships, reach out to customer leads through cold calling, and expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in microbiology, pathological analyses, or biomedical engineering, along with proven experience in sales, CRM practices, and presentation delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience in the Sales Role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor's degree in microbiology, Pathological analyses or biomedical engineering or any related field
